Jealous

Belle d'Obsession de Yves Saint Laurent avec Mélanie Thierry
I'm jealous... Don't ask me why: each time, dance is associated to luxury or fashion, I feel like I should be part of the project... At least, it's not hip hop and not too fashion (it's more about cosmetics)

Satanism as a creative ressource 2

Disturbia by Rihanna
Bum bum be-dum bum bum be-dum bum
(What's wrong with me?)
Bum bum be-dum bum bum be-dum bum
(Why do I feel like this?)
Bum bum be-dum bum bum be-dum bum
(I'm going crazy now)
Bum bum be-dum bum bum be-dum bum
No more gas in the rig,Can't even get it started.
Nothing heard, nothing said,Can't even speak about it.
All my life on my head,Don't want to think about it.
Feels like I'm going insane,Yeah
It's a thief in the night,To come and grab you.
It can creep up inside you,And consume you.
A disease of the mind,It can control you.
It's too close for comfort
Throw on your break lights,We're in the city of wonder.
Ain't gonna play nice,Watch out, you might just go under.
Better think twice,Your train of thought will be altered,
So if you must faulter be wise.
Your mind's in disturbia,
It's like the darkness is the light, disturbia.
Am I scaring you tonight, disturbia.
Ain't used to what you like, disturbia.
Disturbia.
Bum bum be-dum bum bum be-dum bum
Bum bum be-dum bum bum be-dum bum
Bum bum be-dum bum bum be-dum bum
Bum bum be-dum bum bum be-dum bum
Faded pictures on the wall,It's like they talkin' to me.
Disconnectin' your call,Your phone don't even ring.
I gotta get out,Or figure this shit out.
It's too close for comfort.
It's a thief in the night,To come and grab you.
It can creep up inside you,And consume you.
A disease of the mind,It can control you.
I feel like a monster (Oh, oh oh oh)
Throw on your break lights,We're in the city of wonder.
Ain't gonna play nice,Watch out, you might just go under.
Better think twice,Your train of thought will be altered,
So if you must faulter be wise.
Your mind's in disturbia,
It's like the darkness is the light, disturbia.
Am I scaring you tonight, disturbia.
Ain't used to what you like, disturbia.
Disturbia.
Bum bum be-dum bum bum be-dum bum
Bum bum be-dum bum bum be-dum bum
Bum bum be-dum bum bum be-dum bum
Bum bum be-dum bum bum be-dum bum
Release me from this curse im in,
trying to maintain, But I'm struggling.
If You can't go, go, goI think I'm going to oh, oh, oh
Throw on your break lights,We're in the city of wonder.
Ain't gonna play nice,Watch out, you might just go under.
Better think twice,Your train of thought will be altered,
So if you must faulter be wise.
Your mind's in disturbia,
It's like the darkness is the light, disturbia.
Am I scaring you tonight, disturbia.
Ain't used to what you like, disturbia.

I loooooooooooove Britney 4ever

This is genius!!! Pop reinvented, pop pushed to the next decade, Britney re-invented but not betrayed.... Britney 4ever in my life.... Britney giving a reinvention lesson to Lady Gaga... I'm just crying right now... I was a little bit desespered seeing everything the very talented Lady Gaga was proposing... But I'm hitted one more time by my beloved Britney
So here the Pop mag new cover girl, art directed by Takashi Murakami and shot by Todd Cole. The issue is out on September 1.
Well here articles about it: 1 2
The 13-year-old obviously genius girl of Style Rookie points out that she is sold there like she was 10 years ago i.e. like a shool girl. She thinks it's very distubing to see that Britney while respecting the rules of american feminity is still looking like a teenage girl and that she consciously staged that "to comment on our culture's disturbing obsession with her". Well, I do not agree with the last part of the analysis but I definitely agree with the first part... despite I don't see the problem in looking younger!

Want to remember that...

As you can read on Perez Hilton:
"Surprise, surprise!
Twilight's Stephenie Meyer and Harry Potter's J.K. Rowling made it on the Forbes' top 10 list of
highest-paid authors, including Stephen King, Danielle Steel, and Nicholas Sparks.
Even though publishers and book sellers are seeing a decline in hard cover sells, e-books show a promising increase in the world of authors as well as highly popular franchises like Twilight and Harry Potter.
The top ten money-maker$ are:
1. James Patterson ($70M)2. Stephenie Meyer ($40M)3. Stephen King ($34M)4. Danielle Steel ($32M)5. Ken Follett ($20M)6. Dean Koontz ($18M)7. Janet Evanovich ($16M)8. John Grisham ($15M)9. Nicholas Sparks ($14M)10. J. K. Rowling ($10M)

I want to read one book of each author.... I've already read the 7 books of HP franchise by J.K. Rowling, I think I've already read one book by Danielle Steel, a book about a 50-years old woman that is dropped by her husband after 25 years of marital life and has to start evrything from the scratch. I liked the story, full of optimism and romance :-)). I've tried to read a novel of Stefen King but I did not like it... I have to try another one!

Can you feel it?

Ouuuuupppss!!

Here what I've read today in Fashion Daily News:

This is such a unic brand with a very very strong concept; it's just unthinkable that AA disappear and I'm sure they gonna find a solution... but this is a good exemple of the success' dangers, of how (justified) confidence in future can lead to recklessness... Hope I'll remind that when it will be my turn :-)
Update: I went today to AA because I wanted to see some clothes for my A/W shopping spree and I was just amazed by AA prices: 50euros for a very simple shirt and 70 euros for a very simple skirt....that's definitely too expansiv for basics I think!

Shangai Dreamers by Quentin Shih for Dior

I like the faded and subtle aesthetism. I think it's very feminine despite the artist is a man. The Dior clothes are wonderful!

Found on Asvof
Don't know what to think about that. Lady Gaga is a commercial character made to be sold, individual made think, sacrifized to consuption society (that's what is shown at the end of the clip) and Gaga, the free artist, is puking over the character??

I have to post this
